Juan Sanchez, President/CEO
Juan has been in construction for over 20 years. Juan came to the United States in February of the year 2000. His first job was washing dishes at a restaurant. He then decided to change fields and began to make wood traces for houses. It wasn’t until 2002 he initiated as a helper for a company named Temcon Concrete, this is where Juan stated to work with concrete. At Temcon Concrete Juan worked on making curbs and sidewalks for 2 years. Juan then continued his concrete career with another company name Construction 70 where he also made curbs and sidewalks. Juan was in search for a better opportunity to provide a better future for himself and his family, so he moved to a commercial company named Hardrock Concrete, where he became a carpenter and worked his way up. He eventually became a project manager and managed over 150 employees. Juan worked there for almost 16 years, giving him the experience needed to make his dream become reality of building his own company. TK Concrete was built May 2021
Karina Mancilla, Vice President/Managing Partner
Karina, a dedicated homemaker with a fervent drive for personal and professional growth, embarked on a new venture in May 2021 when she co-founded TK Concrete alongside her husband, Juan. Immersed in the concrete business under Juan's tutelage, Karina has actively participated in fieldwork, acquiring valuable insights and skills. She adeptly mastered QuickBooks and now oversees a team of 14 employees, managing all aspects of business expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Outside of her professional endeavors, Karina cherishes moments with her family, enjoys attending live concerts, and indulges in off-roading adventures.
Mayra Cruz, Office Administrator
I am a dedicated office administration professional with extensive experience in enhancing organizational efficiency and delivering high-quality administrative support in fast paced, project-driven environments. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I offer effective communication across teams, clients and vendors. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and various office technologies, I am also highly computer savvy and skilled in managing records, coordinating schedules, and streamlining office operations. With a strong background in customer service, I am committed to providing exceptional support and maintaining positive client relationships. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and camping – activities that reflect my appreciation for balance and connection.
